How to assemble the sand slurry pump?
First, the assembly of the pump head
1. The assembly of the pump head of the slurry pump is the heaviest weight in the assembly of the slurry pump. Firstly, the O-ring is installed on the pump shaft of the slurry pump, the ring, the sleeve and the pump body are attached, and the pump body is bolted tightly. Fastened to the bracket;
2. Install the pressure-reducing cover, sealing rubber pad, and hoisting rear guard plate. Fasten the bolt on the pump body, place the impeller O-ring, lift the impeller and sheath, and press the sheath on the pump body with bolts and fixed pressure plate. ;
3. Install a gasket, a front guard plate, and finally a pump body and a pump cover in the pump cover;
4. Then tighten the pump cover bolts, pay attention to the direction of the pump cover bolts, and install them symmetrically;
5. When assembling, it must be noted that the gaskets should be placed in the correct position and pressed.
Second, the assembly of the slurry pump shaft seal
(1) Assembly of the auxiliary impeller seal:
1. Place the decompression cap on the workbench (on the side of the packing);
2. Packing pad and bushing;
3. Fill a stuffing box with a suitable length of filler;
4. Release the water seal ring and press the other packing on the water seal ring (the joint is staggered);
5. Install the packing gland and tighten the bolt so that the packing fixes the bushing;
6. Install the sleeve O-ring;
7. Put the decompression cap assembly into the pump body and tap it with a wooden hammer;
8. Install the second sleeve O-ring;
9. Put the impeller on the shaft and press the bushing;
10. Apply grease to the shaft thread.

(2) Assembly of mechanical seals
1. It must be clean and smooth during assembly. The parts, tools and greases of machine-sealed parts and related mechanical equipment must be clean;
2. The end face of the static and dynamic ring should be wiped with soft gauze;
3. Repair chamfers and rounding. The chamfering and rounding of the shaft and the sealing end cover should be repaired smoothly, and the relevant cylindrical surface of the shaft and the end cover should be polished and polished;
4. When installing the moving ring and the static ring, the lubricating oil of different materials is applied on the surface of the auxiliary sealing ring to reduce the friction force, so as to avoid damage to the sealing end face of the moving ring and the static ring and the auxiliary sealing ring.
(3) Assembly of the auxiliary impeller and packing combined seal
1. The auxiliary impeller and packing combined seal includes a secondary impeller, a pressure reducing cover, a bushing, a packing, a front water sealing ring and a packing gland;
2. When assembling, it should be noted that the position of each sealing ring must be installed correctly.
Third, the slurry pump bearing assembly assembly
1. Preheat the bearing during assembly, the oil temperature should generally not exceed 120 °;
2. For the bearing clearance, the product has been adjusted before leaving the factory, generally around 0.2-0.5mm, but the user should pay attention to the disassembly and repair or replacement of new bearings: in order to ensure the bearing clearance, the bearing gland should be The gap between the bracket body and the papermaking pad is adjusted to ensure the clearance of the bearing assembly of the slurry pump is between 0.2 and 0.5;
3. The bearing body is equipped with oil mark. The oil level should always be kept in the middle position of the oil mark. The lubricating oil is generally 20#, 30#, 40# mechanical oil.
The slurry pump assembly is mainly composed of the above three parts. It should be assembled in strict accordance with the requirements when assembling each part.
