Extremely important-Precautions before the operation of the slurry pump
1. It must be ensured that the direction of the
China slurry pump shaft is consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow on the pump casing. The motor must be completely disconnected from the pump during trial rotation. It is strictly forbidden for the motor to drive the pump shaft to rotate in the opposite direction, otherwise it will cause damage to the parts.
2. For China slurry pumps with packing seals, packing must be filled as required before driving.
3. China Slurry pumps with mechanical seals must ensure the supply of shaft seal water. It is strictly prohibited to run without water, otherwise the mechanical seal will be burnt.
4. China Slurry pumps with thin oil lubrication should be refueled according to the oil level line of the oil standard before driving. It is strictly prohibited to drive without oil, otherwise, the bearing will be burnt.
5. When installing the slurry pump coupling or slurry pump pulley, in order to protect the mechanical seal from damage due to impact, the pump coupling or pump pulley must be driven in before the mechanical seal can be installed. Otherwise, the impact force may cause the dynamic and static rings of the mechanical seal to rupture.
6. The customer installs the motor pulley on site. When the shaft diameter is greater than or equal to 65mm, the shaft end processing diagram and accessories provided by our factory shall be drilled, tapped, and the shaft end retaining ring installed to ensure the safe operation of the pulley.
