Hydraulic submersible dredge pump
1) All Instrumentation, including meters, instrument, control device need to be check before sand pump operating. If hydraulic submersible dredge pump is supported by hydraulic station and power pack, the level of engine oil, instrument, pump, motor and other equipment are also needed to confirm in good start condition.
2) Confirm the rotating is in right working direction to both of hydraulic sand dredge pump and pump excavators before starting the pump, reversing the valve or changing the inlet and outlet of the motor can achieve direction change.
3) All connections, including connection of pump and pipe, basement, bolts are tight for working.
4) During the operation, the instructions of each instrument need to be check, the operation of the stirring device required to be attention. Any abnormality occurs, pump must be stopped immediately.
5) If pump is jammed or blocked during operation, pump needs to be stopped and lift to avoid the damage of the stirring agitator and the suction device.
6) The pump woring pressure, capacity flow and pump vibration of the hydraulic pumping system should be observed at any time. Stop the inspection immediately if one of the following conditions occurs:
A. The operating current exceeds the rated current.
B. When the rated head is reduced, the flow rate is reduced by 20% or when the pump is interrupted.
C. When the unit has obvious vibration and noise.
7) The working temperature of the hydraulic system is generally controlled between 30 and 80 °C.
8) When the operation is stopped and the equipment needs to be disassembled, the interface of the oil pipe must be strictly sealed and protected, and water, sand and other debris are strictly prohibited.
9) The hydraulic pump should be stop and protected for nonwork. working for a long time, and pay attention to the protection of equipment.
