Firstly, the bearing work is normal
1. Oil temperature: Do not exceed 60 °C.
2. Oil level: Rolling bearing without oil ring, the oil surface should not be lower than the center of the ball; for oil bearing, the oil surface should be able to bury one-fifth of the diameter of the oil ring. In order to monitor the oil level, there is a oil level gauge or oil mark on the bearing.
3, oil quality: can not enter the water into the impurities, can not be emulsified or blackened.
4. Is there any abnormal sound: especially when rolling bearings are damaged, abnormal sounds usually occur.
Secondly, vacuum table, pressure gauge, ammeter reading is normal
1. The vacuum gauge pointer cannot be swung too large. If the swing is too large, it may be that the inlet has vaporized. In addition, the reading of the vacuum gauge should not be too high. If the temperature is too high, the entrance door may be jammed, or the entrance door flap may fall off, and the water level of the suction pool may be lowered.
2. The pressure gauge reading is too low, which may be caused by poor operation of the pump components and severe wear of the seal ring. In addition, when the system requires a large amount of water, the pump outlet pressure will also decrease.
3. The current meter reading is too large, which may be caused by a large amount of water supply and friction inside the pump. If the ammeter reading is too small, it means that the pump has fallen into the water or the outside world does not need as much water.
Thirdly, the pump body has vibration
The vibration amplitude of the slurry pump generally does not exceed 0.08 mm.
The reasons for vibration are:
1. The center of the slurry pump and motor is not correct.
2. The anchor screw of the pump body or motor is loose, or the foundation is not strong.
3. The bearing cover is not tight enough. The bearing pad appears to be bouncing in the body.
4. The rotor quality is not balanced.
5, the volute pump, especially some high-lift volute pump, there will be different degrees of vibration at low flow, which is because there is a radial force on the rotor. When the outlet valve opens to a certain height, the vibration disappears.
Fourthly, the filler work is normal
1, should be able to drip slightly, do not over tighten, otherwise it will heat and smoke. However, if it is too loose, it will leak a lot of water, and it is easy to get into the bearing to emulsify the oil.
2, the filler should be replaced regularly, the hardening can not afford the shaft seal. A long soaking time will cause the packing trough to rot.
