1,dredge pump selection design problems
Check item: the actual pump flow is greater than the design flow;
Remedy: Reduce the pump flow (reduced speed or replace the small diameter impeller, according to the dredge pump impeller cutting theory).
Inspection item: the motor power is small or the slurry density is large;
Remedy: Replace the high power motor.
2, assembly and installation and use problems
Inspection item: mechanical friction between the dredge pump impeller and the guard plate;
Remedy: adjust the gap, customer service friction;
Inspection item: bearing damage;
Remedy: Replace the bearing;
Inspection item: the packing gland or water seal ring of the shaft seal is rubbed against the bushing, or the packing is pressed too tightly;
Remedy: Overcome the friction and adjust the tightness of the packing pressure;
Check items: the rotation axes of pumps, couplings, and motors are not concentric;
Remedy: adjust the coaxiality of the pump's electric rotating shaft;
Inspection item: the elastic gasket of the coupling is damaged;
Remedy: Replace the elastic pad.
