Submersible dredge pump are highly used for dredging, reclamation, seabed, mining, construction and oil industries.
1. the dredge pump that lifts the packing box
The wire rope should be sheathed according to the markings on the box. Do not allow the package to be subjected to severe impact or vibration during lifting. The package should not be excessively tilted and should be placed on a relatively smooth support. The dredge pump package should not be inverted.
2. lifting the dredge pump without the packing box
(1). Lift the horizontal dredge pump without a base or with a separate base. The lifting center should be near the pump head at the side hole of the bracket, and the wire rope should be connected vertically from the vertical upwards to the lifting hook;
(2). In order to maintain the balance of the pump, an auxiliary lifting wire rope shall be provided between the eye-bolt screw on the pump casing and the lifting hook;
(3). The lifting ring screws on the bracket cover and the front and rear pump casings are provided for dis-assembly and assembly of the bracket cover or the front and rear pump casings, and shall not be used alone for lifting the whole pump to avoid accidents;
(4). Lifting the horizontal motor of the motor and the common base, lifting the center of gravity in the square hole of the bracket near the coupling, and the wire rope is thus vertically connected with the lifting hook;
(5). In order to maintain balance, an auxiliary lifting wire rope must be provided between the eyebolt screw above the pump casing, the motor eyebolt screw and the lifting hook;
(6). Horizontal dredge pump units with intermediate shifting devices such as couplings shall be hoisted separately;
(7) The part of the wire rope that is in contact with the pump body should be protected by soft objects to avoid damaging the appearance of the pump or causing the wire rope to be cut.
