1. Before starting, you should carefully check whether the electric pump is deformed or damaged during transportation, storage and installation, and the fasteners will loose or fall off;
2. Check the cable for damage, breakage, etc. If there is damage, it needs to be replaced to avoid leakage;
3. Check that the power supply unit is safe and reliable, and the rated voltage must match the nameplate;
4. Check the cold insulation resistance of the stator winding of the motor with a megohmmeter to a value of not less than 50M;
5. It is strictly forbidden to use the cable of the pump as the installation and hoisting rope to avoid danger;
6. The direction of rotation of the pump is counterclockwise as seen from the water inlet. If it is reversed, any two wires in the cable must be adjusted to the wiring position, and the pump can be rotated forward;
7. The pump should be submerged into the water vertically. It is not allowed to be placed horizontally and cannot be trapped in the sludge. When the pump moves, the power must be cut off.
8. After the electric pump is used for many times, it must be put into clean water for a few minutes to prevent deposits in the pump and ensure that the pump is clean;
9. When the electric pump is not used for a long time, the electric pump should be taken out of the water to reduce the chance of moisture in the stator winding of the motor and increase the service life of the electric pump;
10. Under normal working conditions, after one year of working, the electric pump should be maintained, replaced with worn parts, checked for fastening condition, supplemented or replaced with bearing grease and insulating oil in the oil chamber to ensure electric pump Good operation.
