Singapore customer orders dredging equipment includes: 110KW, 75KW large submersible sand pump, control cabinet, thick sand pump, pipe floating plate, high pressure water pump and accessories.
Dredge Pump works environment:
The customer is used for pumping sand in the river. The environment is suitable for flushing and pumping. The working environment is 3-15 meters in water depth, 2mm in particle size and 100 meters in conveying distance.

Submersible sand pump EL600-30-110 parameters: pump flow 600 cubic meters / hour, lift 30 meters, power 110kw, speed 980 rev / min, outlet size 250mm, through the largest particles: 35mm, working voltage 380V, 50Hz.

Precautions for the use of large-scale submersible sand pump:
1. During the use of the pump, since the actual lift is lower than the calibration head, the current should not exceed the rated current. The rated current of the EL600-30-110 submersible dredge pump is 220A, and the rated current of the EL400-25-75 submersible dredge pump is 150A. If it is exceeded, reduce the flow or concentration.
2. During use, care should be taken to prevent large areas of solid media surrounding the sand pump from collapsing and to bury the sand pump.
3. If the extracted solid medium does not collapse or the layer is thin, the sand pump must be continuously moved to achieve the purpose of continuously extracting the solid medium, but the solid content will be reduced.
4. If the medium contains pebbles, it will affect the efficiency of the sand pump and reduce the solid content.
5. Large stones can even block the grid of the pump, affecting the pump's water output and solid content.
