What are the inspections before China Slurry Pump starts?
1. Shaft seal of China slurry pump inspection:

Start the motor and check the direction of rotation. If it is wrong, correct it, make sure that the pump shaft rotates in the direction of the arrow marked on the pump body.
Re-install the V-belt or coupling, make sure the shaft is centered after tightening the belt.

Check whether all the belts are tight, whether the impeller is free to move, and whether the shaft seal is normal. If the shaft seal water is used, check whether the pressure is correct.

After the pump diversion, isolate the diversion device (if this device is available) and check the suction and discharge pressure (if pressure gauges are installed at both locations).
Measure the flow through the flow meter, or observe the water outlet to estimate the flow.
Check the amount of leakage at the packing, if the leakage is not large, and the packing gland is a little hot, then loosen the gland nut, if it does not work, that is, the gland continues to heat, the pump should be stopped to make the gland To cool, the gland nuts should be loose enough to allow the packing behind the gland to move.
