Booster Pump Design For African Sand Pump User?
China Do Pump is a sand pump manufactuer which is based on dredge pump, high-Ni high chrome material of sand pump, submersible sand dredge pump, booster pump, China sand pump, China dredge pump, slurry pump etc.
In 2019, China Do Pump supplied two sets of submersible sand dredge pumps to African market, the pumps were 75 kw electric motor driven that were used for sand dredging and pipe. Pump were 8 inches and acting at 550-600 cubic meters per hour, 200 meters transfer distance.
With the dredging project carries on, the transfer distance of the current submersible sand dredge pump is not able to satisify the requirement, therefore, the African sand pump user contacted China Do Pump for a booster pump.
Booster Sand Pump Requirement:
1. Hard- Ni high chrome material which is the same with the submersible sand dredge pump
2. Same performance of the sand pump 550-600 cubic meters
3. Horizontal type of the sand pump with ability of 800 meters
4. Diesel engine driven
Booster Sand Pump Design:
1. Hard-Ni high chrome material on sand pump impeller, casing, wearing plates
2. Booster sand pump 8 inch 550-600 cubic meters per hour in mixture
3. Pump working head 75 meters in rotating speed of 1000 RPM.
4. Diesel engine is suggested with 250kw.
