1.During the operation of the submersible pump, pay attention to the changes in the working current of the submersible pump, and adjust the depth of the dive in time to change the mixed concentration of sand and water. It should be noted that the current of the submersible pump should not exceed Sand pump rated current.
2.The sand pump will slowly wear out during use, and the impeller of the sand pump will gradually reduce its working current due to the reduced torque. When in use, it can be used for deep diving, increase the concentration of sand and water and increase the efficiency of sand production.
3. Frequently check the use of equipment and find problems to be dealt with in a timely manner. It is necessary to consider the changes in the sand and gravel conditions of the river, the impact of the conveying distance and the height of the sand pile gas on the pump lift, whether the support of the lifting mechanism is reliable, and whether the wire rope tension is sufficient.
4.The starting and running protection of the submersible sand pump motor should use a control cabinet. For the motor, use a 500V insulation shaker to measure the insulation strength on a regular basis. When the shell is below 0.5MΩ between phases, find the cause in time. To replace the mechanical seal in time and dry the stater coil.
