Base assembly: how to install the bearing assembly (China Slurry Pump Parts Code 005) on the slurry pump Base (China Slurry Pump Parts Code 003)
1. Insert the adjusting screw (China Slurry Pump Parts Code 001) from the outside of the slurry pump Base (China Slurry Pump Parts Code 003), tighten one nut and tighten, and then put two adjustment nuts with two flat washers in the middle. These nuts must be loosened to the maximum distance.
2. Add butter to the processed surface of the Base (bearing body support surface) (China Slurry Pump Parts Code 003).
3. Place the bearing assembly (China Slurry Pump Parts Code 005) on the Base so that the support surface of the Base roughly matches the processing surface of the bearing body. Check whether the bearing body lugs have been assembled on the Base adjustment bolts, and also between the nuts and washers.
4. Load the clamp bolt and nut (China Slurry Pump Parts Code 012) from the lower part, put the clamp washer (China Slurry Pump Parts Code 011) on each bolt (with the ball facing upward), and screw on the nuts, and tighten the compression bolt on the left side of the Base "A" from the impeller end. The bolts on the opposite side "B" are not tightened temporarily for easy alignment.
5. Apply lubricating oil to the shaft extending from the labyrinth end of the impeller. Using lubricating oil will help the assembly and rotation of the shaft seal components and prevent rust from damaging the shaft.
6. Place a suitable combination Base (China Slurry Pump Parts Code 003) or two crossbars on the bottom of the Base to prevent the pump from tipping forward during the assembly of the overcurrent parts.
Check whether the height of the bottom of the Base is assembled with permissible overcurrent components.
